Special Events

Monthly gatherings serve as an opportunity for participants to connect with one another, build friendships, and form a supportive community. Group members engage in social activities, icebreaker games, and group discussions to foster connection and camaraderie.

Support Group Sessions

Monthly gatherings will include support group sessions facilitated by trained mentors or counselors. These sessions offer participants a safe and confidential space to share their experiences, emotions, and challenges related to grief and loss. Group members provide mutual support, empathy, and understanding to one another.

Creative Expression Activities

We understand that everyone express themselves differently so we include creative expression activities, such as art therapy, writing exercises, or music therapy. These activities provide participants with a therapeutic outlet for processing emotions, expressing themselves, and finding healing through creative means.

Educational Workshops

Healed to Help hosts educational workshops on topics relevant to grief support, personal development, and coping strategies. These workshops may cover a range of topics, such as understanding grief reactions, managing stress, practicing self-care, and building resilience.
